Lava Shield Mat by Heatshield Products is designed to reflect and dissipate heat when used on air intakes, footboards, transmission tunnels and more. The mat is made with crushed basalt rock and withstands temperatures up to 2,000 degrees of intermittent heat and 1,200 degrees of continuous heat. The adhesive backed mat sticks to most finished surfaces and is available in 0.007 and 0.025 thicknesses.
