Vortex V2
Vortex V2
Former Jaguar designer Chris Greville-Smith has been refining his competition-grade Vortex V2, using extensive development with a Ford EcoBoost engine to deliver as much as 400 bhp/ton, and as an alternative to the Lotus 7 Type. He cites other advantages such as more cockpit and pedal space, a stiffer and stronger chassis, more weight over the driven wheels, good ground clearance, and better aerodynamics with edgy, contemporary styling. His firm is looking for an agent in the U.S., and is considering EV applications as well.
