New cast steel Big Spindle kits from Cobra Automotive are designed for maximum reliability under heavy-duty use. While stock-style spindles are prone to failure during harsh or competition use, cast steel Big Spindles are made from high-strength chrome steel and are finished in cast iron VHT High Temp paint. Spindles utilize larger A12 and A13 bearings for higher load capacity and larger outer tie rod ends for increased steering linkage strength. They accept all standard four-bolt caliper brackets, period-correct Kelsey-Hayes calipers and Cobra Automotive Competition 12-inch front brake kits.
