Moroso’s new Cobra oil pan is designed for kit car builders looking to power their Cobra replicas with Ford 5.0-liter Coyote and 5.2-liter Voodoo engines. The 9-1/2 quart, wet-sump oil pan features extra oil capacity and a shallow, rear-sump design for tight kit car installations. The fabricated steel pan has a thick mounting surface and a 4-1/2 inch deep, 10-3/4 inch long by 14-1/2 inch wide rear sump. Pans are designed to work with factory 5.0/5.2-liter Gen 1 and Gen 2 windage trays and dipsticks, and feature a 1/2 inch NPT fitting for supercharger drain back, 1/2 inch NPT fitting for temperature sender and 20 mm fitting for the factory oil-level sender.
