DynaForce starters from MSD are designed to provide high torque in a compact package for tight installs. The compact starter housing provides more room for headers and oil pans, and is powder-coated black for corrosion resistance. The billet mount can also be clocked in different positions for more clearance. Cranking power is supplied by a 3 hp motor with a gear reduction for a 4.4:1 final ratio and ball bearings support the armature and pinion gear.
